Which devices does Newc run on?

Any iPhone or iPad on iOS 18 or later.

Why don’t I see AI names and summaries?

Those features use Apple Intelligence, which needs an iPhone 15 Pro or newer (or an iPad with an M-series chip) with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings. Scanning, text recognition and search work on every device.

Where are my documents stored?

Only on your device. Newc has no account and no server copy, so deleting the app deletes your documents. Export anything you want to keep as a PDF first.

How do I get back a document I deleted?

Deleted documents go to Trash first. On the Home screen, scroll the folder row to the end and tap Trash to restore them.

How do I report a bug?

In the app, go to Settings → Report a Bug. It opens an email with your app and iOS version already filled in. TestFlight testers can also take a screenshot in the app to send feedback.
